Definitely these days people just don't know how to promote , first they don't know where to promote , and? if they knew , they will do it wrong.
I was like that , I am a foreigner , I came to Canada with a student visa , but with student visa , I didn't have permission to work , and I didn't have money for studies , only thing I knew was Web Design , and Music.
I'm here so I can start a band, so some one make one website, I can get my self to buy a good computer, I am old, working on a laptop is broken he did not know anyone.
Then I started searching trough the internet, and I found one million of programs earn money online, one million of fraud, and I was afraid of danger.
I started doing some dating networks , something that you not paying for , so I can earn a little money to buy a PC.
NOTHING !
I did not know how to promote, I did not know were to promote, I did not know anything about online marketing. Then after a couple of weeks after millions of requests, I learned much in the way, then i looked at knowing what to look for.
I have joined the branch office network, I tried, but as I said, I do not have a computer, I can not design a good website can make sales, because I can not install Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and stuff.
After a couple of days, I was all like this site, I was afraid to risk true.Again so well to consult, they were afraid to lose, I do not have much money. .
This guy, he was so inspiring to his film, I really do not know how do.So a few hours after his Web site to find slots, I have from his club to see these videos is very large, he explained that all start from scratch.
He has is a lot of video tutorials that are more than a hour. And then I found that he has joined an affiliate program.I, I made some money so I can join his club, in fact, I earned a lot, a lot more than I needed to join his club.
I joined and WOW..... believe me this guy is amazing ,he taught me everything I know now , his commission for a year was 2633095.15 $.
So there I am now , surfing , and observing how other people advertise online , and believe me it is not god.

Industrial Training or Industrial Draining?

11/13/2009

Are you a B. Tech. Student or an MCA plan your 6 months or 2 months from some industrial training institutes?

Or are you in an illusion that free industrial training is a reality?

Think again!!

I've met dozens of IT students, who dreams gone through this training, which, with

It's a big disappointment if I get technical interviews of fresh IT students who have participated as IT engineers who only know how an incorrect choice is in the industrial training her career turned upside down. What could have been a smooth take off turns out to be a Crash and Burn situation at the beginning of their careers.

70% turnover rate is for this reason can be attributed to a single one. 6 months regardless of when students can do as a software expert, the fact that they will be taken to the job that are completely unrelated.

In training institutions, there is no access to the Live project, I interviewed who is there so much training, I believe that their capacity to create a software engineer students.

As they say, NOTHING IN THIS WORLD COMES FOR FREE, the myth of free training is truly a myth!

There are many many of them are put there, claiming to provide free training to students with their commitment to the professional engineer, but eventually to use their income-generating activities, these students. These students are in training, so that the software is no way, so they work in the company's investment in technology is not the case. Half-hearted efforts, these companies to show students that they are actually trained them, will not make them in the field, they are willing to in the first point: whether it is in these experts, experts. NET, Java,

But when they dumped out of the IT industry in the form of consumption, they may lose their job! They may lose their direction or a few years to really start his career.

The bottom line…

These 6 months is a huge element in shaping your career. If you're worried about this one thing, YOUR CAREER, take the right decision. Find the right place.

Transitioning From College Student Internships to Full-Time Careers

11/11/2009

If you're lucky, the end of your internship, you are full-time employees (or at least, a stay is recommended that you apply for the position of full-time) may be asked to. Because you were given the opportunity, companies have the experience, may be great, at the same time, it is the interns from employees can be difficult, so you jump. Here are some tips to help the migration:

1. Clear delineation of responsibilities your job before you begin to remember, and fear not, some of it.

As an intern, you were likely asked to do lots of menial tasks just to get things done around the office. There's nothing wrong with that, as long as you got real job experience as well. When you move into a regular position with a company, it can be hard to get others - and yourself for that matter - to think of you as anything more than an intern. However, if you're officially the company's newest stockbroker, you shouldn't be making coffee or delivering mail. If it isn't in your job description, politely remind the other employees that they should look to the new intern or the secretary to complete their tasks. Of course, pick you battles. If Donald Trump himself asks you to get him a cup of coffee, I don't care who you are - you get him that java!

2. Takes things seriously from the start.

The chances are good that you did your internship more seriously. If you're not, you would not have offered a full-time job. However, whereas in the past, you may be able to deal with the things (like having a 20-minute break rather than make a 10 minute break or leaving at 3.30 instead of 4.00), which is not the case will be any more. They expect to make your job as promised, or they will do you fire. This is not by a risk of a poor grade. This is your life!

3. Talk about vacation time, benefits, sick/personal days, and perks.

As an intern, you probably didn't get anything - you may not have even gotten paid. In some cases, your transition from full-time intern to full-time employee is just a matter of signing a few papers or talking to payroll. Sometimes, employers forget to discuss the nitty gritty, since this seems like information you should already know. Once you've been offered the job (and usually before you accept), ask about your vacation time, benefits, and sick/personal days. Know company policies for requesting days off for any reason, and find out who to talk to if you have insurance or retirement plan questions. Also, find out about the other possible perks, which will depend on your specific job. For example, do you get a discount on a product your company makes? Do you get a free parking spot? Does your company have employee tickets to sporting events? No one mentions these things at first unless you ask!

4. Get into the habit of showing up early.

You are likely to be a college schedule that is where a little late to class or skipping class is used absolutely no big deal. Your internship can also be extremely flexible when it comes to timing. Not in the bad habits of punctuality fall with your regular job, though. You may be too late for display fired are, especially if you are not so consistent. At least you are passed up for promotions or offered only very modest annual wage increases.

5. Ask questions, but realize that this is no longer an education opportunity.

If you, or do not understand how something is to do the wrong way, you will need to clean up the mess and is always good to ask. However, in the mind of your job, it was a learning experience that is not like the internship. Is expected if you take the initiative and the cooperation and support without requiring the worker and your boss you can know the answer to the problem, you need to.

It can be intimidating to move from your position as a trainee in a full-time position. Do not underestimate the differences between these two dynamic work. During the transition to a normal job, be prepared for some irregularities of the road.

Placement Papers - Stop Worrying and Prepare for the Hr and Technical Interview Questions

11/11/2009

The students have a lot of worries especially about their future after the completion of their degrees. You have to secure a good job in their area, not anywhere. Students tend to be depressed as firms come to begin their college campuses for placements. Getting hooked is not the solution to the problem. In fact, exacerbated the problem.
Students need to prepare well for the placement papers of the reputed companies. The multinational companies like Infosys, Wipro, HR, TCS, HCL and Satyam Computers usually have tough selection procedures. Their placement papers are lengthy and difficult. The placement test papers pattern consists of a written test accompanies by group discussion and Technical / HR interviews. The written test may consist of technical questions, aptitude, reasoning, quantitative, mathematics questions and English language verbal or non verbal questions. Thus there are various sections in these employment exam papers.
Different students may find different test sections to be difficult depending upon their abilities. For example a student weak in mathematics may find it very difficult while another student may find mathematics questions to be very easy. All this depends upon the student's intial years education. A person who has not learnt English language may find English verbal section be very difficult even if its quite easy. Dont think that another student has a better brain than you and he / she is superior than you. It all depends upon the actual time when the test starts. Some intelligent and well prepared students just cant manage at the exam time while other students who are normally not that knowledgeable manage to attempt all the questions. One can never guess whether a particular student will succeed in the recruitment test or not.
