It has to be the worst question we are ever asked because it is a bad question and we always seem to get stuck to find a good way to answer this question. You do not want to come right out and say that you have no weaknesses at all because it looks like you are trying to hide something. Buy at the same time you do not want to seem like you have things wrong with you and this makes you look like negative candidate for the job.

I have nothing bad to sit when trying to answer than it sounds dubious given that the most important, this question is to be honest someone.
